A man living in Florida aged 61 years was arrested after his wife filed a complaint to the police saying that he raped the family’s Chihuahua. All was caught by surveillance cameras in the house. Animal Protection Service was notified and the association found out that the dog was physically traumatized and tried to run away from home several times. Manuel Ramon Gonzales has admitted the offense and was sentenced to 100 days in jail for animal cruelty. The wife filed an action for divorce. Florida has the highest rate of animal crimes in the entire country.
