A man in Saudi Arabia is thought to be the fattest man alive. Although he is only 20-years-old, Khaled Mohsen Shaeri weighs approximately 1,400lbs and is unable to move without help. Despite this, the young man still has a strong desire to live, and this is why he contacted local authorities and desperately asked them for help. Everyone was willing to help, but medical official said they didn’t have the means to move him.
A special crane and bed were brought from the United States, and the man was airlifted from his home to undergo surgery. Khalid now hopes to be able to move unassisted.
