Judges Skeptical When 81-Year-Old Announces Song, Then Unbelievable Voice Earns Golden Buzzer

It’s never too late to fulfill a dream and make your talent known. The 81-year-old in the video below proved it after she auditioned for Ireland’s Got Talent and amazed everyone with her unbelievable voice.
When she first stepped on stage, Evelyn Williams could feel everybody watching her with skepticism; wondering what is this grandma doing on a major competition where youth often seems to be a desired quality.
The judges’ skepticism grew even bigger when the woman announced the song she had prepared for her audition. However, as soon as Evelyn started singing Stephen Sondheim’s emotionally charged song “Send in the Clowns,” the audience and judges were stunned.

It soon became obvious to everyone in the auditorium that the woman not only deserves to be a part of the competition but that she might actually win. In fact, one of the judges actually hit the Golden Buzzer, sending the 81-year-old straight into the live shows.

In all fairness, Evelyn is no stranger to performing in front of large audiences, but she never got a chance to sing with an entire country watching, so this was a dream came true for her. You need to see this!
