Adam Guerra, a 27-year-old man from Los Angeles, has devoted 12 years and endured 18 surgeries in his quest to imitate his idol: Madonna. Almost every inch of his body passed through the hands of plastic surgeons, but all this changes failed to please Adam’s boyfriend: ‘I want to date a boy. I don’t want to date a 56-year-old woman.’
Having spent a fortune on his transformation, Adam is finally ready to ditch his addiction. He is now determined to go back to being himself for the sake of the relationship he has with his boyfriend. Adam plans to sell all of his Madonna outfits.
