A teenager caught a huge 10-ft bronze whaler, weighing more than 440 lbs., off the coast of South Australia.
The footage shows the exact moment when the young man pulled the impressive catch out from the water using a special fishing rod. “It was a close fight that lasted for over two hours, but finally I managed to get the shark to shore. I didn’t know what it was at the other end of the wire until I brought it to shore. The shark was tagged, measured and photographed, and then released back into the water,” said the young fisherman who caught it.
