If you’ve ever had a cat, then you know that felines are pretty tough. They are independent, and don’t like being told what to do or where to sit. And they would easily spring into action to protect something that is important to them. Even so, it’s safe to say that, much like many other animals in the animal kingdom, cats would get intimidated by a hungry alligator making a move at them.
Or would they? Well, this is an isolate case, so we can’t speak for all cats out there (Garfield would for sure be scared of this), but the feline in the video below had no problem standing up to a massive alligator.
You see, the alligator got dangerously close to a young boy, so maybe the cat acknowledged the danger and decided to protect the boy. Of course, people who witnessed this unusual face-down made sure to get everything on video.
