The dog was chained to a porch and was in danger of drowning, but rescues made their way through deserted neighborhoods to get to him, and finally manage to save him. The heartwarming video shows the dog struggling to keep his head above water before the rescue team got to him. The lucky pup is now out of danger and will most likely make a full recovery.
