Military working dogs play a critical role in the armed forces. We hear a lot of news about how they are the ‘unsung heroes’ of warfare, but dogs can also provide assistance outside the war zone. This commercial from the Royal Dutch Guide Dog Foundation shows how a well-trained dog could help a military veteran cope with severe war related trauma. “We not only help people who cannot see, but also those who have seen too much”, the ad says.
