Up to this point in her life, the teenager enjoyed a completely normal life, but a visit to the gynecologist turned her life upside down.
Concerned by the fact that she still hasn’t got her period , the young woman decided to resort to a specialist in order to find out what is going on with her body. The doctor’s answer shocked everybody. Jacqui Beck found out with amazement that she had no uterus, cervix or vagina. Basically she had no reproductive system, suffering from a very rare disease called MRKH syndrome.
The disease causes the affected women to experience signs of puberty, but they do not menstruate and can’t have children.
