Many people use Apple’s personal assistant Siri to help them in the kitchen or to hear about the weather forecast. But for one teenage boy in Tennessee, having access to Siri made the difference between life and death. The 18-year-old had an accident and was stuck underneath a heavy truck he used for work. Time was of the essence in his case, but being unable to dial 911, the young man used the personal assistant-like service to call for help. Luckily, an ambulance arrived shortly after the call was placed and doctors say the young man will make a full recovery.
