After 23 years of expeditions and research conducted on three continents, cryptozoologyst Irish Mike Warner, aged 73 years and his son Greg, 44, last month undertook a bold journey into the heart of the Peruvian Amazon to confirm the theories of the existence of a giant anaconda snake that lives in these lands. On the quest to find the “black boa” or Yacumama (Mother Water), as it is called the giant creature of the jungle in local popular culture, the two men born in the Irish town Hillhall believe they found the reptile. This colossal specimen which some reports say it was 40 meters long and two meters in diameter was spotted by locals.
