There’s no denying that appearance is very important in this day and age. Society and media mostly promotes a certain body shape, and all those who don’t comply with that beauty standard end up feeling frustrated and unhappy with how they look. Women are more affected by this than men and often feel pressured to look like models. It’s crazy what some women are capable of doing in order to achieve a flat stomach, a smaller waist or an hourglass figure.
