Obesity is a disease that many people struggle with, but most of them are very self-conscious when it comes to their body. This woman is the exact opposite and chose to wear clothes that revealed her not so perfect body. The result horrified everybody.
The woman in the picture went out shopping for food in an outfit that disgusted everyone who saw her. Her back was fully exposed, showing several layers of fat. Moreover, everybody could see that the woman was suffering from severe burns on her shoulders.
