Arpan Saxena suffers from Polydactyl, which means he was born with more fingers and toes than normal. The boy also has a condition called Syndactyly, which leads to fingers and toes being fused together. Arpan has 12 toes and 13 fingers including double thumbs. However, the Indian boy is treated like a celebrity in the small town where he lives. “I love it when people come to see me and take pictures. But the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t walk a lot because my feet never fit in any shoes,” said Arpan.
