Pentatonix has a new twist on “Silent Night” that is sending tingles down everyone’s spine.

Pentatonix music is great all year- round, but I think there’s something really special about the songs they release for the holiday season, am I right? No one does Christmas songs like Pentatonix, and the clip below is just one more example of how awesome and soothing the a cappella voices of Pentatonix sound when set to Christmas music.
This version of “O Holy Night” is unlike anything I’ve heard before and that says something, considering there are probably hundreds of renditions of this song that have gone viral online.
By now everybody knows this song, which is really no surprise, considering the song goes all the way back to the 19th century when it was first performed during Christmas Eve in Austria.
Pentatonix’s version really does the original sing justice, but as always, the group made sure to add a unique spin to make it their own. And in addition to their beautiful performance, the video that accompanies the song also does a wonderful job conveying the spirit of the holidays.
There no better type of music to listen to during this special time of the year, so take a few minutes out of your day to sit back and really enjoy this.
