Deepak Jangra is India’s battery boy! The 16 year-old-boy can withstand up to 11,000 volts passing through his body, enough to power close to 500 homes. A voltage three times lower would kill any other human in a blink of an eye.
Deepak used to be afraid of what his body can do, but now he fully embraces his unique abilities: “I used to be scared of electricity but now I am confident. I have tested myself over and over again and I will never get hurt. I can touch a hot wire with my tongue and I know nothing will happen to me.”
