A painter in Texas is so good at painting landscapes and people with remarkable accuracy that no one could ever guess that he is actually blind. John Bramblitt lost his sight 13 years ago after a series of severe seizures. Feeling disconnected from the world around him and depressed, John began to paint. In time, he learned to rely on touch and textures to create stunningly vivid paintings. His art helped him out of depression, and now he is married and has a son. Although John has never seen his family, he often imagines how they look like to paint them.
