Garlic is more than delicious. Also it is super healthy and can lower the risk of stomach and colorectal cancer. I love cooking with fresh garlic, but I must admit peeling garlic is not my favorite thing to do. Not even close. Luckily there’s a trick coming from Martha Stewart for peeling an entire head of garlic in a matter of seconds. Just put the whole head of garlic in a bowl then take another bowl of the same size and put in on top of the other. All there’s left to do is shake, shake, and shake! No more using that ‘I’m too busy to peel and mince’ excuse!
