An employee managed to capture the moment when the man and his wife went to a jewelry store to buy the ring. The man paid with a pile of money, consisting of small bills.
He said he wanted to make his wife happy, after a life of hardship. “She had a hard life. I wanted to do something to cheer her up,” said the man.
