Refreshing and delicious; watermelon is the perfect summer fruit, but sometimes we need a little something extra to satisfy our sweet tooth. This no-bake, watermelon cake is a great way to cut a few calories and still enjoy a tasty dessert. You can add different types of fruits and nuts to make it your own (almonds are my favorite)! If you don’t like nuts or somebody in your family is allergic to them, you can add granola to the side of this cake. It’s easy to make and kids will go absolutely crazy for it. Enjoy!
