Potatoes are without a doubt one of the most versatile (and delicious) ingredients ever. I don’t know about you, but as long as I have some potatoes left in the pantry, I know I have at least one yummy option for dinner.
And one of my go-to recipes has to be baked potatoes.
Whether you like it topped with layers and layers of cheese, bacon or sour cream, a baked potato will always fill you up and give you a warm, cozy feeling.
If you want something that is both easy to make and totally scrumptious, baked potatoes are the obvious choice. But if you are tired of the old way of making a baked potato and want to try something new, you should definitely try surprising your family with a blooming baked potato that is just to die for.
This is just as easy to make as a regular baked potato, but they are cut in a different way so that you get a potato that is soft and warm on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside. My mouth is watering up just writing about this.
