All dogs deserve a loving home, but we all know there are a lot of dogs around the world who never get to experience what it feels to be treated with kindness and respect. Many dogs are abandoned and left to die on the street. Powder was one of those dogs. Rescuers got to him on a chilly afternoon after someone made a call saying there was an extremely abused dog just lying on the ground. The dog wasn’t moving much, but he was still breathing.
