It all started when police went to an accident that involved a stolen car, which was later abandoned by the thief. Edward Cooper, a 24-year-old, was the main suspect in the case. The young man was also arrested for drug possession. But when police searched him at the station and checked his phone they found a selfie showing the suspect posing with a deadly shotgun. When officers searched his backpack, they not only found the gun’s components, but also evidence that directly linked Cooper to the car accident involving the stolen car. On the other hand, the defense attorney said his client only posed for the pictures out of ‘bravado and stupidity.’
