Ingredients:

300 gr of cocoa biscuits (14 oz), a banana, 250 gr (9 oz) of chocolate sauce (made in the house or bought) , 2 tsp of vanilla essence, 200 gr whipped cream (7 oz), 80 g chocolate flakes (3 oz).

Method of preparation

Cookies are finely crushed in with kitchen robot.

Is it by your option how you prepare banana. Could be chopped or you can put slices. After this, mix banana with chopped biscuits. Add the chocolate sauce, vanilla essence and mix thoroughly. Chocolate sauce can be obtained simply by melting chocolate in a bain marie mixed with a little sour cream for cooking.

Depending on the biscuits used, the amount of chocolate sauce may differ. Mix together to get a tied and homogeneous, solid composition.

The composition of biscuits is placed in a 20 cm diameter baking tray, could be spread easily with a spatula, and on the top you can easily put whipped cream in different shapes. Don’t forget to sprinkle the chocolate flakes over. You can consume it immediately or keep it cool until it is consumed.
